ALTA / ACSM Land Title Survey
An "ALTA" survey is a boundary survey prepared to a set of minimum requirements that have been jointly prepared and adopted by the American Land Title Association and the National Society of Professional Surveyors.
Topographic / Design Surveys
A topographic or design survey is usually required by an engineer or architect in order to provide a basis for site development plans. A topographic survey generally depicts the existing condition of the area to be developed. At a minimum this might include only the existing topography or terrain, but may also include surface improvements, underground utilities, vegetation, offsite utilities necessary to service the property, offsite drainage, and etc.
Property Boundary Survey
A boundary survey (sometimes called a pin survey) is a land survey in which monuments are either found or set to mark the boundaries of a specified parcel of land. A boundary survey is essential when subdividing land.
Construction staking involves laying out survey points on the ground as a guide for constructing site improvements taken from plans prepared by design plans for any project type - roads, parking, site development, residences, utilities, etc.
Pipeline - Oil and Gas Surveying
Lemke Land Surveying Pipeline division offers the full range of surveying and planning services for energy industry related projects. From initial planning to final easement exhibits and descriptions, Lemke Land Surveying utilizes modern technology to increase efficiency throughout the project and provide quality products to its clients.
Subsurface Utility Exploration (SUE)
The SUE process combines civil engineering, surveying, and geophysics to locate underground utility information for mapping, design, relocation, coordination, and assessments. SUE allows the designer to have accurate utility information early in project development thereby eliminating conflicts, construction and contractor delays, and enhancing safety.
Photogrammetry and Aerial Mapping
Photogrammetry is the art and science of creating highly accurate maps from 3D stereo aerial photos. Our photogrammetry services are useful in surveying, engineering, environmental, transportation, oil and gas, architectural, structural, and many other applications.
3-D Scanning / High Definition Scanning (HDS)
Lemke uses terrestrial laser scanning tools to perform 3-D scanning for our clients. This practice is also known as High Definition Scanning (HDS). HDS is useful in building renovations, new construction and site development, difficult or hazardous sites, paving construction and airports, forensic investigations and utility corridors. We utilize Lecia C10 and P20 scanning stations, delivering sub-centimeter accuracy. Our production software enables accurate and easy exports to Revit and other 3-D modeling software packages.
