We have a deep appreciation for the critical role that a quality survey plays in the welfare of a project throughout its entire life cycle. Steve Lemke, PS, PLS

Steve Lemke, PS, PLS, is a Senior Project Manager  He is a registered Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor with over 30 years of experience in the civil engineering, land surveying, oil & gas, and environmental fields. He started Lemke Land Surveying in 1994 in response to industry demands for innovative and modern technological approaches to the surveying component of a wide variety of project types. He has had full project management and design responsibilities for municipal, commercial, industrial and resident site development projects and has been a service provider and consultant for a wide range of project types and market sectors.
Managing Director

Kelly Henderson, PLS

Kelly Henderson, PLS, is the managing director at Lemke Land Surveying. He has over 37 years of experience in the land surveying and civil engineering industry where his focus has been serving the client’s needs and providing the community with the best quality surveying possible. He has had full project management responsibilities for municipal, commercial, industrial, and residential site development projects and has been a service provider and consultant for a wide range of project types and market sectors. He has been married to his wife, Palla, for the past 36 years and their family includes daughter Kelsey, husband Blake, granddaughter Amelia and another granddaughter due in January; daughter Krista and fiancé Josh; and Tucker (best dog ever). He and his wife are very active in their church, First Baptist of Norman where he is a deacon and serves as the director of university ministries.

Senior Project Manager

Matt Barnum, PLS

Matt Barnum, PLS is a Senior Project Manager. He is a registered professional land surveyor with over 16 years of experience as a civil designer and land surveyor. Matt has a wide variety of experience with designer responsibilities for residential developments, commercial site developments, water & sewer systems, grading/paving/drainage plans, and roadway design. Matt has managed and coordinated the collection of field survey data, data reduction, and survey plat preparation for Boundary Surveys, Topographic Design Surveys, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Subdivision Platting, and Construction Staking.  Matt is proficient in AutoCad Civil 3D software.
Senior Project Manager

Danny Cahill, PLS

Danny Cahill, PLS, is a Senior Project Manager. He is a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor with over 42 years of experience in a broad range of surveying services and project management. This experience includes the leadership and management of field survey crews and drafting personnel in the execution of boundary surveys, topographic design surveys, ALTA/ACSM title surveys, utility surveys, and construction staking.
Senior Project Manager

Marty Sullivan, PLS

Marty Sullivan, PLS, a Project Manager and registered professional land surveyor with over 25 years of experience. He has a wide variety of experience including boundary analysis, topographic design surveys, calculations for construction staking, as well as survey crew oversight and scheduling. Marty has many years of experience working on transportation and highway, residential and commercial developments, and municipal infrastructure projects. Throughout his career Marty has developed proven relationships with clients and contractors. Marty’s many years of supervisory and coordination experience provides him with superb collaboration and project management skills and the ability to readily adapt to changing conditions.
Senior Project Manager

Tommy Martin

Tommy Martin has over 20 years of experience spanning a variety of positions in the surveying and engineering industries. He has served in roles that had him responsible for project management, contract management, contract negotiations, procurement, design, and billings for commercial and residential developments. In addition, to management roles, Tommy has a wealth of experience in environmental work ranging from environmental studies, geotechnical reports, NEPA investigations, Phase I/II environmental site assessments, and health, safety and environmental surveys.
Project Manager I Texas

Sam Wyatt, PLS

Sam Wyatt is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Texas officing in Lubbock, TX. Sam received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from Texas Tech University and became a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in 2014. The Lubbock Chamber of Commerce and the Young Professionals of Lubbock named him one of this year’s (2020) Top Twenty Under Forty award recipients. He served as president of Lubbock Chapter 1 of the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors in 2016. Sam has led surveying and mapping efforts for a broad spectrum of design projects in over 50 counties in Texas. His projects include numerous control network surveys, right-of-way maps, easement descriptions, topographic surveys, American Land Title Association reports and municipal plats. He brings innovative approaches to his surveys, utilizing the latest in surveying technology. Whether it is a global navigation satellite system (GNSS), robotic total stations, drones, or terrestrial scanning, he and his team always seek the best tool for each project. Sam is closely involved with his local church, serving as a deacon at the Milwaukee Avenue Church of Christ.

Professional Surveyor

Beau Winfrey, PLS

Beau Winfrey is a professional land surveyor with Lemke. With over 20 years in the business, Beau has a wide variety of experience with residential developments, commercial site developments, municipal utilities, transmission and gathering system pipelines, and boundary and topographic design surveys. He has managed and coordinated the collection of field survey data, data reduction, and survey product preparation for construction staking, as-built, boundary, topographic design, and ALTA/NSPS surveys.
Surveyor

Brian Bird, PLS

Brian Bird, PLS, He is a licensed professional land surveyor with 15 years of experience. His primary role is to manage and oversee surveying projects for municipal and county roadways, airports, site design surveys, utility design/relocation/staking survey services, state and federal highways, bridges, and property/boundary surveys including ALTA/NSPS surveys. He has managed many projects utilizing and integrating mobile/airborne/terrestrial LiDAR scanning.  This valuable experience allows for a well-rounded approach when working different types of projects. Brian is responsible for project scope/fee preparation, project coordination, quality control, and client care.

Creative Technology Manager

Gary Smith

Gary Smith is a Survey Technologist at Lemke Land Surveying. He has 28 years of systems design and integration experience with an emphasis in Environmental, Civil and Surveying disciplines. Gary has had management and design responsibilities for municipal, commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Project experience activities include GIS project development, database design, website development, reduction/processing of survey data, and custom application design.

Seth Lemke

Seth Lemke is responsible for the management, and financial coordination of all survey projects. Seth’s continual involvement and understanding of surveying have made him an integral part of the business management team.
Construction Staking Manager

Tony Allard

Tony Allard has been surveying for 28 years. He has specialized in Construction Staking. Working on Highways and Bridges, Residential Developments, Commercial Developments, and Municipal Infrastructures. Putting together cost proposals and keeping up with client relations as well as overseeing all the construction staking data and office calculations.
