Mr. Lemke is responsible for the management, and financial coordination of all survey projects. Lemke's continual involvement and understanding of surveying has made him an integral part of the business management team.
Mr. Mayhue is a Title Researcher and Certified Abstractor with nearly 16 years of experience in the land and title industry. He has full understanding of issues concerning real property, as well as title holders. He is knowledgeable of the process of chaining title, database research, and legal descriptions. Mayhue’s expertise allows him to provide accurate land and title information to clients.
Mr. Allard has been surveying for 28 years. He has specialized in Construction Staking. Working on Highways and Bridges, Residential Developments, Commercial Developments and Municipal Infrastructures. Putting together cost proposals and keeping up with client relations as well as overseeing all the construction staking data and office calculations.
Kelly Henderson, PLS
Mr. Henderson has over 34 years of experience in the surveying industry. His technical expertise and extensive experience has been applied to a broad range of projects: engineering design, architectural, boundary, highway design, control networks, subdivisions, and construction staking.
Mr. Lemke is a registered Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor with over 35 years of experience in the civil engineering, land surveying, and environmental fields. He has had full project management and design responsibilities for municipal, commercial, industrial, and residential site development projects and has been a service provider and consultant for a wide range of project types and market sectors. He has Master Studies in Geographical Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science Agronomy from Oklahoma State University.
Mr. Smith has 24 years of mapping and database systems design and integration experience with an emphasis in Environmental, Civil and Surveying disciplines. Smith has had management and design responsibilities for municipal, commercial, industrial, and residential geospatial projects. Project experience activities include GIS project development, database design, website development, reduction/processing of survey data, and custom application design.
Mr. Sullivan has over 34 years of experience in surveying. This experience runs the gamut including, boundary analysis, topographic design surveys, calculations for construction staking, as well as survey crew oversight and scheduling. Sullivan has many years of experience working on transportation and highway, residential and commercial developments, and municipal infrastructure projects.
Danny Cahill, PLS
Project Manager & Regional Manager of Survey- Tulsa Branch
Mr. Cahill is a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor with 40 years of experience in a broad range of surveying services and project management. This experience includes the leadership and management of field survey crews and drafting personnel in the execution of boundary surveys, topographic design surveys, ALTA/NSPS title surveys, utility surveys, and construction staking. Cahill heads up Lemke Land Surveying's Tulsa office.
Mr. Young possesses over 24 years of surveying and project management experience. He is well versed in different types of surveys including topographic, boundary, bathymetric, quality control, and utility surveys. In addition, Young is experienced in both construction staking and mapping. Young has led in the development and oversees the Remote Sensing Technologies program which includes 3D scanning, UAV, and sonar topographic surveying.
Senior Project Manager
Mr. Martin has over 20 years of experience spanning a variety of positions in the surveying and engineering industries. He has served in roles that had him responsible for project management, contract management, contract negotiations, procurement, design, and billings for commercial and residential developments. In addition, to management roles Mr. Martin has a wealth of experience in environmental work ranging from environmental studies, geotechnical reports, NEPA investigations, Phase I/II environmental site assessments, and health, safety and environmental surveys.
