Lemke Land Surveying has been providing surveying services to public and private clients since our start in 1994. Lemke’s surveyors and technicians are experienced in providing survey services to many different project sectors.
ALTA / NSPS Land Title Survey: An "ALTA" survey is a boundary survey prepared to a set of minimum requirements that have been jointly prepared and adopted by the American Land Title Association and the National Society of Professional Surveyors.
Topographic / Design Surveys:
A topographic or design survey is usually required by an engineer or architect in order to provide a basis for site development plans. A topographic survey generally depicts the existing condition of the area to be developed. At a minimum this might include only the existing topography or terrain, but may also include surface improvements, underground utilities, vegetation, offsite utilities necessary to service the property, offsite drainage, etc.
Property Boundary Survey: A boundary survey (sometimes called a pin survey) is a land survey in which monuments are either found or set to mark the boundaries of a specified parcel of land. A boundary survey is essential when subdividing land.
Construction Staking: Construction staking involves laying out survey points on the ground as a guide for constructing site improvements taken from plans prepared by design plans for any project type - roads, parking, site development, residences, utilities, etc.
